50 Cent's Reaction To Eminem's Beef with Nick Cannon Is So On-Brand

Where there’s drama, there’s 50 Cent. The “Many Men” rapper is known for his unfiltered style and offering his takes on even the most controversial topics. So, it’s no surprise that he has something to say about the beef between Eminem and Nick Cannon. On Dec. 10, 50 Cent offered his take on the feud, sharing a heated reaction on Instagram.

Wait, why are Eminem and Nick Cannon feuding?

In case you missed it, Eminem and Cannon have been feuding for years. The drama started after Cannon married Mariah Carey in 2008.

Following the ceremony, Eminem released a diss record, “Bagpipes From Baghdad,” in which he lamented his breakup with Carey and slammed Cannon. (Carey has long denied ever having a relationship with Eminem.)

Some back-and-forth ensued. But things seemed to cool down following Cannon’s 2014 divorce from Carey — that is, until Cannon rehashed the beef in September 2019.

That month, he appeared on T.I.’s podcast, ExpediTIously, and talked about the feud. Cannon detailed how he’d tried to fight Eminem following the release of “Bagpipes From Baghdad” and declared that he would “whoop [Eminem’s] a**.”

Nick Cannon’s comments rekindled their beef

Eminem responded to Cannon’s remarks in a song called “Lord Above,” which came out on Dec. 6. In the track, he rapped:

“I know me and Mariah didn’t end on a high note/But that other dude’s whipped, that p*ssy got him neutered/Tried to tell him this chick’s a nut job before he got his jewels clipped/ Almost got my caboose kicked, fool, quit, you not gon’ do sh*t/I let her chop my balls off, too ’fore I lost to you, Nick.”

In response, Cannon dropped a diss record, “The Invitation,” which features Suge Knight. On the song, he zeroed in on Eminem’s family and career and claimed that Eminem’s chauffeur has a video of him “sucking c**k.”

The lines prompted several tweets from the “Stan” artist.

Eminem tweeted on Dec. 9, “U mad bro? Stop lying on my d*ck. I never even had a chauffeur, you bougie f*ck.”

He added, “I demand an apology Nicholas, you’ve made my gardener so jealous!”

As of writing, Eminem’s tweets are the latest updates in the back-and-forth between him and Cannon.

50 Cent weighs in on the drama between Nick Cannon and Eminem

On Dec. 10, 50 Cent reacted to the beef and made it clear that he sides with Eminem, who discovered 50 and mentored him with Dr. Dre in the early stages of his career.

“I don’t understand to save my life why someone would pick a fight with EM,” 50 Cent wrote in an Instagram post. “He is a different kinda animal, I haven’t seen a motherf*cker come close to beating him man. 😠”

He continued, “Hey Nick that sh*t was trash, I oughta kick you in yo a** when I see you PUNK!”

Cannon replied in the comment section, writing, “There he is!!! Ooooh!! I like that!!”

He also appeared to liken 50 Cent to Samuel L. Jackson’s slave master-loving character from Django Unchained with this post:
