Her long golden locks fell down around her shoulders, while she accessorised with a number of chunky bracelets.

Patrick looked dapper for his night out with his wife as he donned navy chinos, a blue shirt, a navy jacket and black brogues.

Both Cat and Patrick wore masks to protect themselves and others amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Cat and Patrick have lived in the US for a number of years, but are currently in London with their two young sons, James and Milo.

Cat recently opened up about how motherhood has changed her life in a chat on This Morning.

The TV presenter explained that the inspiration behind her debut children's novel, The Joy In You, came from the idea of what she would like to tell her two sons.

"It was kind of an idea of what would I like to say to them when I can’t find the words and I’m completely inarticulate and I can’t string a sentence together."

Cat continued: "What do I want to say to my boys and so that was really the idea behind the book.

"It’s a series of feelings and moments and thoughts and emotions and it’s kind of top and tailed with love.

"My boys are only four and two and they have to learn about the real world quick enough and so, actually, I love the idea that when they go to bed they’ve kind of got that warm and fuzzy moment."
