Holly Willoughby, 39, shared the snap with her 6.8 million followers after enjoying a sunshine break in Portugal. The TV presenter has been self quarantining since her trip and was reflecting on the holiday she had to cut short.
Holly is due to return to ITV’s This Morning at the beginning of September so returned to the UK two weeks early to quarantine.
However her children and husband remained in Portugal soaking up the last of summer rays.
Posing in a white plunging swimsuit, Holly urged Britons enjoying their holidays to ensure they are well protected with SPF50.
She wrote: “Throwing it back to when factor 50 was essential! Even when it’s cloudy it’s good to protect your skin… make it easy… @garnieruk UV Water Mist #ad .”

Underneath her fans gushed over the sensational throwback snap.
One said: “How do u get better looking the older u get.”
Another replied: “Looking incredibly stunning.”
While a third commented: “Absolutely beautiful.”
Usually, The Morning duo go on holiday together, however, this year Phillip skipped the trip.
Instead, Holly spent quality time with her husband Dan Baldwin and their three children Harry, 11, Belle, nine and five year old Chester.
The Government’s coronavirus restrictions mean that any passengers returning from Portugal must quarantine for 14 days upon return.
The Daily Mail reported the star and her family were due to spend seven weeks at the luxury Lago resort enjoying a relaxing break.

For the majority of the trip, Holly has refrained from posting on social media.
The TV couple will resume filming for This Morning in the autumn.
Meanwhile, Phillip is gearing up to release his memoir after reportedly being offered £1.5million for the book by publishers, according to The Sunday Mirror.
A source told the paper: “Book publishers are all desperate for him to write an autobiography.”
Holly was also speculated to be leaving the programme by The Sun.
An insider told the publication: “‘While she loves This Morning, her four-day-a-week live TV stint is a huge drain on her time and requires a lot of energy, plus she’s been doing it for 11 years now.”
However, the star has denied the reports, as she is “happy” in her position at ITV.
A source told Metro.co.uk: “Holly loves This Morning and working with Phil. She is the happiest that she’s ever been on the show and has no plans to leave.”
