“He decided to come three weeks earlier than expected and weighs 5lb 14oz.

“Rosie and the baby are both happy and doing great. We still haven’t got a name for him yet, but I’ll share it when we do.

“Thanks for all your wonderful messages and well wishes for us all, Love Joe, Rosie, Indie and baby”.

While talking to the Sun on Sunday’s Fabulous magazine in April, Joe revealed he wants to add to his family further.

He told the magazine: “When you marry, that’s one level of love and then when you have your kid, and you realise you’re raising this kid together, it just takes your love to a whole new level.

“I’ve got a boy, and a girl and I just love it so much. I could talk about how fatherhood changed my life all day.

“It brings you and your partner together and reinforces your love.”

The fitness star added: “I want more kids in the future, for sure – four or five.”

He also spoke of his goal of having four children to You magazine back in 2018.

He told the magazine: “I love the bond I have with my brothers, and I want my kids to be close in age.

“I definitely want four kids before I’m 40. I’m 33 this month so four in seven years is doable.”

Joe has previously spoken of having to balance his job with his family life.

Talking on The Virtual Baby Show, he said: “I try and split that time with her when I can.

“It might look like it’s easy, but it really isn’t. If you try doing it by yourself for a couple of days – it’s hard.

“As long as you’re talking and taking turns, it’s about having a mutual respect for each other and never taking the other person for granted.”
