Kate Ferdinand showed off her blossoming baby bump in gym gear as she returned to her workout routine.
The 29 year old and husband Rio, 41, shared a video of themselves doing a workout in their garden on their YouTube channel, Ferdinand Fitness.
Former TOWIE star Kate told fans that she found the workout tough after taking some well-deserved time off from her strict fitness schedule at the start of her pregnancy.
She shared a snap of herself mid workout with Rio on Instagram and wrote: "#Ad Guys, I’m back on today’s #FerdinandFitness! Having not trained for a while this was a HARD challenge to come back to.

Kate wore black leggings, trainers and a tight white vest top, which flaunted her burgeoning baby bump, for the workout.
Former footballer Rio donned the same colours as his wife, wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts and trainers.
It comes after Kate revealed that she is feeling good, but a bit tired, during her first pregnancy.
She told the MailOnline: "I think being pregnant it does change, you are a bit more tired at times but I try to stay active as it's good for my mind.
"We go for walks with the family, stuff like that, it doesn't always have to be crazy exercise just as long as you're moving more than you're sitting, you still feel good."
Talking about whether her fitness regime will change during her pregnancy, Kate said: "I think you have to be really careful, take advice form professionals. I definitely don't think it can stay the same, it has definitely changed.
"I'm working out at a lot slower pace and taking it easy, listening to my body really."

Kate also told the publication that she has found lockdown a bit "draining and difficult" as she attempts to keep on top of her own work, as well as homeschooling.
She said: "I'm really glad it's loosened up, I've enjoyed it to a certain extent. At the beginning it was great, I was getting loads of jobs done."Up until the last month or so, I've found it a bit draining and difficult just with the homeschooling and keeping on top of everything.
"We are so glad things are getting back to normal, people can get back to their sports and stuff like that. We can start doing a few more things that we enjoy."
On 18 June Kate and Rio made the announcement that they were expecting their first child together, sharing an adorable video of them revealing the news to Rio's three children; Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, nine.
