Khloé Kardashian Reveals the One Parenting Promise She and Her Sisters Vowed to Never Break

Though the Kardashian-Jenner sisters have no issue calling each other out for various reasons, there’s one thing they vowed never to say to one another.

During a March 2021 interview, Khloé Kardashian opened up about how she and her sisters approach motherhood, sharing the one thing they would never consciously do now that they are moms.

The Kardashian-Jenners sisters promised to never mom-shame one another

Kardashian and her sisters are no strangers to mom-shamers.

Throughout the years, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars have been heavily criticized for the way they raise their children. From dressing their kids in designer clothes to taking care of their little ones while having long nails, the Kar-Jenners are often getting flack online for their parenting skills.

But despite receiving ongoing hate and critiques from mom-shamers, the famous siblings vowed never to become ones themselves.

In a March 2021 interview with Gritty Pretty magazine, the Good American founder shared that, when it comes to offering parenting advice, she and her siblings only uplift one another and never shame.

“There are always challenges with raising kids but I’m so fortunate to have such a strong family support group. We also know that we have individual families and don’t like to give a lot of advice, unless it’s solicited,” she said. “We never mom-shame. We hate a shamer.”

Khloé Kardashian says her family and daughter always come first

In addition to sharing the promise she and her sisters vowed never to break, Kardashian also opened up about her life as a mom to her almost 3-year-old daughter True Thompson.

The Good American founder told the outlet that despite her busy schedule, she always carves out time in her workday to spend quality time with True.

“My days can get busy with conference calls so I always make sure True and I spend quality time together in the morning and we will always have dinner together before we do her bedtime routine,” Kardashian shared. “The most fulfilling part of motherhood is watching True grow up and become her own person, hearing her voice and seeing her use her voice more and more.”

The KUWTK star, who welcomed her daughter after sisters Kim Kardashian West, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, said that no matter how public her life is, her daughter and their family will always come first.

“I want True to love herself and stay true to her values and beliefs,” she continued. “I can’t wait to watch her grow up.”

As for where her motherly instinct comes from, Kardashian noted that she and her sisters were always maternal toward younger sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

“Kim, Kourtney and I felt so maternal over Kendall and Kylie,” she explained. “It’s been so rewarding watching them grow up into these beautiful, strong, confident and successful women.”
