Lamar Odom has revealed his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian sent him a text after he accused her of attacking a stripper in his new memoir.
The basketball player, 39, detailed their doomed marriage in his explosive book Darkness to Light, alleging Khloe, 34, "beat the s**t" out of a woman she caught having an orgy with her then-husband.
During an interview with Jenny McCarthy on her SiriusXM radio show, Lamar revealed Khloe had been in touch after she heard about the story.
He explained: "Um, she sent me a text yesterday.
"She good, she talked about one of the stories I told in the book.
"About her coming to the hotel and putting her hands on the girl. She said she didn't even think I remembered that story."
In his book, Lamar revealed Khloe and her mum Kris Jenner walked in on him taking part in a sex session with multiple women.
He wrote there were "naked girls everywhere" adding: "[She] opened the door and pounced on the first girl she saw…
Lamar claimed Khloe "beat the s**t out of one of the girls who tried to protest."
He added: "She's dropping vicious blows all over the top of this girl's head."
During the radio appearance Lamar opened up about his relationship with Khloe after their divorce, insisting they are still good friends despite everything that happened.
He said: "She's an incredible person and she'll always have a place in my heart and be dear to me…
"She's extremely courageous and tough and strong."
Lamar and Khloe's marriage hit the headlines many times over the years due to his drug fuelled antics and constant infidelity.
The reality TV star split from Lamar in December 2013, only finalising their divorce three years later after her ex nearly overdosed during a four-day sex, drug and booze bender at a Nevada brothel.
She went on to have baby, True, with basketball champ Tristan Thompson – but dumped him this year after he was caught getting cosy with Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods.
