Laura Whitmore has shared a candid breastfeeding selfie ahead of her much-anticipated return to Love Island.

The 36 year old Love Island host, who shares daughter Stevie Ré with husband and Love Island narrator Iain Stirling, took to Instagram to share the selfie as she nursed her baby girl ahead of the dramatic Casa Amor re-coupling on Thursday 29 July.

Captioning the snap to her 1.5million followers, Laura penned: "Glam time".

Laura also posed in her hair clips as she shared a snap outside her Love Island dressing room, captioned: "Who's excited for tonight!?!"

It is not the first time that the Irish presenter has shared the realities of breastfeeding after she posted a snap in a floral dress while wearing a breast pump on her way to Wimbledon.

It appeared to be the wearable on the go Elvie pump, which markets itself as a silent and user friendly alternative to more traditional pumps.

Priced at £500 for the double version, it has been used by celebs including Vogue Williams, January Jones and Khloé Kardashian

Sharing the picture to Instagram Story earlier this month, Laura wrote: "Wimbledon bound."

Laura has committed to working on the show, saying she plans to “fly back and forth” between the UK and Spain with her baby throughout production.

Speaking to Grazia, Laura said: “Every time I fly over, she'll go with me because I'm breastfeeding.”

While Laura is set to go back and forth for the show, narration by Iain will be recorded in the UK.

Meanwhile Laura is set to make her Love Island return on Thursday 29 July after Hugo Hammond reads a text in Casa Amor saying: "Boys. Tonight there will be a recoupling in which you must decide whether you want to remain coupled up with your partner back in the villa or recouple with one of the new girls."

Hugo, who viewers joked stood in as presenter for Laura, adds: "#Dontcountthedaysmakethedayscount".

The girls receive the same text over at the villa, but with the hashtag "stickortwist".

And then, finally, later that evening, television personality Laura makes her entrance as the Islanders gather at the fire pit.

Laura dramatically tells them: "The boys in Casa Amor have also been given a choice – whether to stick with you or couple up with one of the new girls.

"Remember Casa Amor is the ultimate relationship test. Do you trust that your boy has stayed loyal to you? Or do you think he will have strayed?"
