The hunk made a name for himself after turning into the Love Island bad boy.
After coupling up with Kendall Rae Knight, Rosie Williams and Zara McDermott in a matter of weeks, Rosie was left frustrated at the situation.
Almost a year on from the series, Rosie was still left with sour feelings, and she wasn’t afraid to voice them.
Following her talk on The Jeremy Vine show, Adam was quick to slam the former islander.
“Know the difference between a real relationship and being coupled up on Love Island”
He wrote to his 94.4k Twitter followers: “Yawn. I’ve had longer squat sessions than that “relationship”.
“Know the difference between a real relationship and being coupled up on Love Island.
“[I was] probably praised because I chose the girl I actually liked and lasted longer than any of the other couples #player [sic].”
As he swiped at the other couples that got further in the competition, but didn’t last as long, he appeared to gush over his ex-girlfriend.
The duo had a short-lived relationship on the show, though the pair never made it official.
However, when Zara entered the villa, the pair quickly coupled up and following Adam’s departure, he asked her to be his girlfriend on Love Island’s Aftersun.
Adam and Zara continued to date until February, where the duo called time on their romance.
