Luke Combs has earned his ninth consecutive No. 1 single on Billboard‘s Country Airplay Chart, as “Lovin’ on You” reached the top of the chart dated September 5th.
“Lovin’ on You” rose from No. 3 to the top spot, as the song saw a 13 percent increase to 31 million audience impressions in the week ending August 30, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.
Combs previously topped the Country Airplay Chart with “Does to Me,” featuring Eric Church, which led for two weeks starting on the May 30-dated chart.
Billboard noted Combs has earned nine promoted Country Airplay No. 1s in a row, trying Thomas Rhett for the longest active streak. Rhett has collected a total of fifteen No. 1s.
