Myles Stephenson, 28, has been left in ICU following a shocking snowboarding accident. The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2019 star spoke to his fans about the painful incident on Instagram from his hospital bed.
Look a bit worse for wear, don’t I?
In a video, Myles could be seen with tubes still attached to his face and body, as he said: “Hey what’s up people, look a bit worse for wear, don’t I?
“Thank you for your messages, basically, as you know, I broke a few ribs, I ruptured my spleen, and have some internal bleeding that has stopped now.
“I’m just chilling out in ICU, it’s like a 5 star ICU it’s amazing.
“Thank you for all the messages, and my mum and the rest of my family are getting through this day in and day out, always tell your loved ones you love them, peace.”

Before sharing his video, Myles wrote online: “Life is precious people! Cherish every single piece of it! A few days ago I had a bad boarding accident.
“I have concussion, 2 broken ribs and a punctured spleen which resulted in internal bleeding! I have seen progression in good health and Thank god I am doing okay!
“Thank you to the nurses, doctors and especially my family for treating me like a prince! I love you all.”
While addressing his family’s reaction, Myles added: “Lessons learned from this accident is! MUM IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND NEVER TRY fight THAT! Lol.
“That my brothers love me. Step dad’s still a t*** and he rest of My family thought they could to some covert Rambo mission to get out here.”(sic)
Myles also took to Twitter to reassure fans about the situation.
He wrote: “Hey guys, I’m on the mend slowly but surely.
“The internal bleeding has stopped and it’s only pain that I have to fight with now.

“Thank you for your messages they mean a lot and your milo isn’t going anywhere just yet.”(sic)
He was soon inundated with messages from fans and friends, with Simone Bromwich writing: “Sending all my love and speedy recovery to my boy @mylesraksu.
“Although this man is some kind of superhero – gets through anything and everything so strong physically and mentally.”
Jude Bell said: “4 years ago today. It was good to see the big man recovering well yesterday. Rest up.”

Myles wrote back to the latter: “Love my family! They can’t get rid of me.”
He rose to fame with hip hop group Rak-Su back in 2017, during the 14th season of The X Factor.
The foursome – made up of himself, Ashley Fongho, Jamaal Shurland and Mustafa Rahimtulla – became the first male group to triumph on the ITV show.
Myles went on to appear in I’m A Celebrity in December, where he made it to the seven, before Jacqueline Jossa went on to become queen of the jungle.
