WHATEVER THE WEATHER

God, it’s been so hot this week! It’s actually been nice because I’ve been able to go on walks with Charlie and get out and about, but my apartment is so boiling. We actually had fish and chips in the park the other day, which was really nice. It’ll be nice when restaurants open up on the 12th April, if all goes to plan. Although I’m so used to being at home now, it will feel strange.

TV DREAMS

As you know I’d love my own fly-on-the-wall baby show and I’ve been in some talks, but it’s early days so I’ll keep you posted on that. But I can announce I will be appearing in a new documentary with some other celebs to talk about my life in the public eye, which I’m really excited about! I've definitely missed being on TV and people only know one side of me, so it will be nice to get across my opinions.

HEARTBROKEN FOR THEM

I really feel for Ashley Cain and family as his seven-month-old daughter Azaylia is currently battling leukaemia. It’s the saddest thing ever. As a mum-to-be, you feel even more affected by it. I feel so sorry for that little girl and she’s been through so much at a young age. They’ve raised well over a million pounds from donations to get Azaylia life-saving treatment in Singapore. I can’t imagine going through that as a parent. My heart goes out to them.

CREDIT CRUNCH

I’ve 100% got the urge to nest now and, as you know, I’m currently trying to move house. I watched Celebrity Bumps: Famous and Pregnant and Kate Lawler said, “Why does everyone decide to move house when they fall pregnant?” And it’s so true! I want a garden, I want the baby to have her own room and you want to change everything and move away from what is, at the moment, a couple’s pad.

I want to get a nice house and I’ve already ordered her a cot from Bambizi that turns into a double bed and it’s really Princess-y. I’ve got so much stuff for her, but I’ve got nowhere to put it. The paperwork to get the move sorted is also a headache. I've got so many old bills to deal with like parking fines I've missed that it's knocked my credit, so it's really hard. Hopefully it will all get sorted soon!

CHEF LAUREN

As you may have seen from my Instagram I’ve been cooking every night – I’ve turned into a five-star chef! But I’m loving it. I grew up with my dad and on my dad’s side of the family they have home-cooked, fresh dinners every night. I think that’s why I’m doing it. I’ve got a partner who goes to work every day and comes home and wants dinner and I’ve got a baby coming.

I’ve turned into that mumma! I’ve cooked lots of healthy stuff, but I make it really tasty. I’ve also been sent some lovely smoothies from PureSmoothies that have given me a bit of a boost. I also made my first roast dinner ever and it was absolutely unreal. I’m changing into a mum now, but that gives me a little bit of anxiety, because you kind of let go of your own self. It’s lovely and I wouldn’t change it, but it’s like I’m turning into a different person.
