Meghan Markle has turned 38 and her husband, Prince Harry, was the first to congratulate her.
Posting a stunning photo of Meghan on their joint Instagram account, Harry shared a sweet message to the duchess on her special day. The photo was taken during the couple’s first royal tour together, which saw them traveling to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and the Kingdom of Tonga, where this particular picture was captured.

A source revealed to BAZAAR.com that Meghan will stay out of the spotlight on her birthday by having a “family day” with Prince Harry and baby Archie. A palace source also confirmed that the duchess will be “celebrating privately,” which makes Harry’s public message even more special.
Having welcomed baby Archie on May 6, 2019, it’s understandable that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would choose to celebrate Meghan’s birthday at home. The royals have had a whirlwind year, and now that they’re settled in their residence at Frogmore Cottage, Meghan and Harry can finally enjoy some time together.
