Following her acrimonious split from Lee Wilkinson, Scarlett confirmed she was with Scott in March 2019 with rumours they had been dating for four months previous to that.

A source told the Sun at the time news of their relationship was announce that the pair hit it off straight away: "Scott seems like a really stand-up guy. He could be good for her. The pair met through a mutual friend and hit it off straight away.

"And he’s got a decent job being a police officer in Durham near where she lives."

Getting candid about their romance, Scarlett wrote in the Insta post: "I normally don't like saying this because I'm scared I jinx myself.

"But @scottdobby takes all that fear away. I am so happy I have found my soulmate. Never give up on finding true love we all find it at different points in our life," she continued alongside the hashtags #love and #happiness."

The couple then moved into their "forever home" together.

Scarlett recently revealed how the pair met. She told The Mirror: "Scott came to the house. My friend was in the house with me at the time and I was like, 'He's so fit, I really fancy him'.

The couple announced they were expecting their first child together in February 2023.

The presenter wrote: "It truly feels like a dream writing this caption. Me & Scott are on cloud nine & we are so happy that we get to share this moment with you all.

She added: "You are so loved already little one. Baby Dobinson coming soon."
