IT'S a fun night out for many people – from families to work colleagues.
But some couples who choose to go to an escape room for their date night do so for the wrong reasons.
The team at the Trapped escape room in Mississauga, Canada, took to TikTok to share a video detailing such an incident.
With all four employees looking shocked while observing the CCTV footage, one spoke to the room via a walkie talkie, as she said: "Hey guys, you know we have cameras in the room, right?
"And we can see everything?"
"When a couple books one of our escape rooms… and forgets we can see what they're doing," they wrote over the top.

"We don't need to see that!" they added in the caption.
People were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: "The walk of shame when they come out!"
"But like…..why in an escape room???" another questioned.
"Taking that hostage situation role play to the next level," a third commented.

"That's definitely indecent exposure!" someone else laughed.
Another said that if they'd been told that, they'd ask "can I get a copy?" or "that's cool, hope you enjoy the show".
"I worked in a haunted house & 1 couple had to be made to leave bc they wouldn't stop trying to get it on," another wrote.
"They had their kids with them!"
"As someone who worked in an escape room for 2 years, can confirm this did happen from time to time, like people forget we have cameras," someone else wrote.
But others insisted it wouldn't be them breaking the escape room rules.
"My spouse is too competitive for us to not be trying to escape at all times," one wrote.
"Couldn't be me and my husband. We'd be arguing 5 minutes in!" another agreed,
"That's the one place where i was very aware I was being watched," a third commented.
"Do people really?… In an ESCAPE ROOM? I love escape rooms but TO COMPLETE THEM," someone else laughed.
The Trapped escape room has 14 different themes to choose from, including 'Medieaval prison'.
"You are a peasant living in the 14th century wrongly convicted of treason," they say of the theme.
"Your sentence is death by hanging, and you are now spending the remaining time of your life imprisoned in the castle’s dungeon.
"In one hour, the jail warden will come and bring you to the gallows.
"However, the previous prisoner in your jail cell seems to have left you a clue, which gave you a glimmer of hope to live.
"Will you suffer a painful, undeserving death, or will you break out of this prison?"
And the venue has tonnes of positive reviews too, with one person writing: "As someone who has done 50+ escape rooms, I loved Room 057 at this location!
"The puzzles are challenging and fun. Great use of tech.
