THERE’S nothing better than a delicious bit of roast beef on a Sunday afternoon.
But having to wait around all afternoon for your meat to cook, only to accidentally over-cook it, is anything but ideal.
However, one foodie has shown off her simple recipe for cooking delicious roast beef.
And with this recipe, there is no oven in sight – as food fan Jen, also known on TikTok as ‘airfry_jen’, uses her air fryer to get her meat cooked to perfection.
Jen has amassed a whopping 102.4k followers and 721.7k likes on the video sharing platform, where she shares her air frying tips and affordable meal ideas.
In one of her recent videos, Jen demonstrates how she cooks a joint of roast beef in an air fryer and it’s left many very impressed.

At the end of the clip, we see Jen take out her cooked meat from the popular household appliance, as she cuts it so it is ready to serve.
Jen’s video has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly racked up a whopping 457k views.
It has 3,586 likes, 207 comments and 638 shares.
TikTok users thought her roast beef looked delicious and were quick to express this in the comments.
One person said: “Looks perfect to me”.
Another added: “That looks unreal”.
A third commented: “Lovely, I did pork today in the air fryer, it was perfect”.
However, not everyone was as keen on the look of Jen’s meat.
One user stated: “Looks overdone for me” to which Jen replied “my husband prefers it pinker but I like it cooked more well done”.
