Shoppers reveal huge savings with £130 worth of items scanning for just £30 from Asda… and it’s great if you’ve got kids | The Sun

SHOPPERS are rushing to Asda to get their hands on some seriously good bargains.

This comes after one savvy mum revealed she saved a whopping £100 on her recent trip.


Posting in the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, the mum showed off her haul of goodies – and they're perfect if you've got little ones.

Alongside a snap of her trolley, the mum wrote: "Well chuffed, just got £130 worth of toys for £30! Just now at Asda.

"They'd reduced a load of toys down to as little as £5 each."

The savvy shopper secured some large Mario dessert playsetsfor £5 each, as well as the popular Among Us playsets for the same price.

She also bagged a Barbie Chelsea doll, complete with toy car and caravan for just £10.

"They've also got the pizza kitchen for £10 which is normally £45.

"I'm still deciding weather or not to go back and get one," the mum added.

The Asda pizza kitchen set comes with loads of additional extras your kids can play with too, making it a great deal.

Many parents tagged their friends and partners in the comment section of the post to let them know about the reductions.

One said: "Mario and Among Us… need a trip to Asda very soon."

And a second commented: "Why is our Asda never like this!"

"Good for Xmas and birthdays," someone else noted.

The mum added that she wasn't sure if other stores would have the same reduced items though.

"Not sure if it's in other Asda's but worth a check, if not Spondon had lots of everything," she said.
