Asda selling big Cadbury white chocolate bars that taste ‘just like Dream’

Supermarket Asda is selling an exclusive range of Cadbury white chocolate.

Including a big Cadbury Creamy White Chocolate bar for £2, or customers can pick it up in Asda's two for £3 offer which includes loads of other big bars of chocolate.

The Cadbury white chocolate range launched exclusively at Asda this year, and other products include the White Freddo Treasures and Cadbury White Buttons.

But it's the huge white chocolate block that's caught the attention of chocolate lovers.

Why? Because it apparently tastes just like the discontinued Dream bar.

Cadbury decided to stop manufacturing the iconic white chocolate Dream bar in the UK, much to the dismay of customers.

  • Asda is selling huge chocolate tins filled with Freddos for £4

And while it's not exactly Dream, many shoppers are comparing the Cadbury Creamy White Chocolate to the nostalgic bar that first launched in 2002.

In the review section on Asda's website, one customer wrote: "Words cannot describe how much I love this! Great taste just like the 'Dream Bar' just re-branded."

Another added: "White chocolate lovers dream! Tastes amazing, will be a regular in my basket!"

And while other reviewers were divided, pointing out it wasn't "creamy" enough to compete with Dream, Twitter users disagreed.

One wrote: "This new Cadbury White chocolate tastes exactly like what the Dream bars used to taste like."

A second posted: "The new Cadbury's white chocolate tastes the same as Dream used to and I'm happy."

And that's not the only product that has delighted Cadbury fans recently.

The confectionery company recently launched limited-edition Orange Twirls.

Cadbury's Chocolate Orange Twirl is officially available in UK supermarkets across the nation, and fans can't get enough.

The chocolate bar features the same crumbly flakes covered in milk chocolate.

Only this time there's a hint of orange added to the bar.

Rumours the Cadbury Orange Twirl was making its way to the UK started earlier this year.

At the time, Cadbury said: "We knew it would be difficult to keep the news of the limited edition Cadbury Twirl Orange under wraps as people would be as excited about the product as we are.

"We can’t share much more at the moment, but watch this space for more information as we get closer to the launch."
