The body positivity movement continues to take the world by storm.
And apparently, our legs, bums, and hands are the parts of our bodies we love the most.
A poll of 2,000 adults also found a quarter of people wouldn’t change anything about their appearances.
And when participants were asked to rate themselves on a scale of one to 10, 65% of people thought they’d be in the top half when it comes to body confidence.
Half of responders said they planned to improve their wellbeing in 2021 by exercising more regularly, while 30% plan to eat better.
Despite this, fad diets are out of the question for 47% of Brits who admit they’ve never worked for them.
A quarter also hope to look after their gut health, with 50% believing it can influence their emotions, leaving 28% feeling stressed and 38% tired.
Sarah Dossett from Activia, which commissioned the survey, said: "We believe that this year people shouldn't focus on losing their gut but learning to love it instead.
"We are passionate about happy guts and know the impact it can have on our overall wellbeing and in turn body positivity.
"We're thrilled that the research has come back so strong at a time when many re-evaluate their goals and we hope that we can continue to support our customers this way."

The study also found celebrities play a part in inspiring body positivity – with Beyonce and Zac Efron being the most positive role models.
Serena Williams, Giovanna Fletcher, Harry Styles, James Corden and Joe Wicks have also been inspiring Brits.
Tess Daly, who made the top 10 most inspiring women and has teamed up with Activia, said: "We've given up enough over the last year so we need to be kinder to ourselves and look at all of the ways that we can improve our overall wellbeing.
"I know that when I look after my gut, I feel better for it so I am hoping to use my own experience to encourage people not to overlook it and look at the small changes you can make that will improve your gut health."
