A personal trainer shared two bikini pictures side-by-side to show the power of editing.
Isabelle Morris – AKA fitness4lazygirls on Instagram – highlighted how much influencers can alter their images with a few clicks of a button.
While some brighten and retouch the skin, others use apps to cinch in their waists.

So with this being said, the fitness influencer wants her fans to stop comparing themselves to people they see online.
She captioned the body positive post: "Stop comparing yourself to people that don't exist."
Isabelle added: "Would you notice that the photo on the right was edited if you didn’t see the left photo first?
"Maybe you would, maybe you wouldn’t.
"The truth is: so much of what we see online is edited that it’s hard to decipher what’s real and what’s not.
"Let’s this serve as your daily reminder that social media is a highlight reel & there’s no use comparing yourself to your feed. You are a three-dimensional human that looks different in different lightings, postures, angles, and hours of the day.
"Don’t beat yourself up for not looking like the edited, perfected version of other people online!! Odds are, they don’t even look like that either."
Isabelle's post garnered more than 1,600 likes and plenty of positive comments.
One responder wrote: "Love this."
Another said: "Couldn't agree more."
And a third added: "Thank you for your work."
