Emmerdale star Daisy Campbell has given a glimpse inside her lavish 18th birthday celebrations.

The actress, who joined the cast of the ITV soap in 2011 when she was just seven years old, gave a sneak peek inside her celebrations to her 31,100 Instagram followers as she rang in the milestone birthday.

Leeds-born Daisy was treated to an incredible baby pink flower wall and balloon arch and donned a vibrant tracksuit as she posed up a storm in front of the gorgeous display.

The blonde beauty also wore a tiara atop her luscious locks and shared a collection of snaps to Instagram, captioned: "18 and happier than ever."

Meanwhile the soap star looked unrecognisable from Emmerdale's Amelia Spencer as she flaunted her physique in a baby pink mini-dress paired with Gucci heels and a birthday sash.

And the celebrations did not stop there as Daisy was treated to a delicious meal and glass of bubbly at The Biltmore Bar and Grill in York.

Daisy also enjoyed a trip to the seaside with her family and feasted on oysters at Whitby Bay before soaking up the scenic view at Robin Hood's Bay on the North Yorkshire coast.

The birthday girl was also over-the-moon with her heart-shaped layered cake decked with glacé cherries and '18' piped in the centre.

Daisy was also seen enjoying her first night out with her pals as the group clinked glasses at Revolution Electric Press before she danced the night away at Club Nocturno in Wakefield.

The TV star looked gorgeous in a white ensemble as she dined at Tattu Leeds where she shared a snap of a cocktail in a skull-shaped glass.

Ending her special week, Daisy looked every inch the birthday girl in a purple-striped ensemble as she hit the dance floor for a 'boogie'.

Her character Amelia Spencer has become a key part of the ITV soap, dealing with incredible and hard-hitting storylines such as an abduction, her mum dying, and finding out her uncle was really her dad.

Daisy's co-star Liam Fox, who plays her onscreen father, praised his young screen partner for her role in their scenes together where she has to care for him when he has an allergic reaction.

"Daisy is amazing. We had a chat with The Joseph Rowntree Foundation and met with parents and children in this situation," Liam explained during an interview with Christine Lampard on ITV's Lorraine.

"They might be 14 or 15 but they’re like 30-year-old adults, they had to grow up so fast. Daisy has been amazing and lent truth to it."
