IF you've got a sweet tooth and like unusual pairings you might want try Morrisons' new chocolate flavoured wine.

The Rubis Chocolate Wine is made from Spanish Tempranillo grapes, infused with chocolate, hints of spice, cherries and vanilla.

And Morrisons' reckons the sweet wine tastes just like "Christmas in a cup", adding that it's perfect for cosy winter nights.

A 50cl bottle will set you back £9.50 and it's available in store and online from now until December 31.

The tipple has an alcohol by volume (ABV) content of 15 per cent.

Aldi is selling what looks to be exactly the same 50cl bottle of Rubris chocolate wine, also with a 15 per cent ABV, for a slightly pricier £9.99 in store and online.

Although if you buy online remember to factor in Aldi's £2.95 delivery fee on orders under £20 (it's free on orders above this).

Elsewhere, we found The Chocolate Block red wine at Waitrose, which is a red wine with "chocolatey notes".

It costs double the price of the Rubris though, at £21.99 with a 14.5 per cent ABV. But it is a larger bottle at 75cl.

Standard delivery at Waitrose is £9.95 or free on orders over £150.
