Victory! Andy Imbimbo, 31, from New Jersey, managed to get his beloved dog Dundie to play the game – only for Dundie to win
Initially, Andy and his wife stacked up toilet rolls for Dundie to leap over as a hurdle. Once he accomplished that, they needed to really put his skills to the test.
Oh dear: Youth pastor Andy never expected that his pup would actually best him in the game of tic tac toe
By laying out one treat in every square of the tic tac toe grid, Andy challenged Dundie to a game.
Unfortunately, what he wasn’t expecting was for Dundie to win.
Andy said: ‘We were stuck in quarantine in our house due to Coronavirus.
‘We decided to have some fun and play games with our puppy. We came up with the idea on the spot.
‘My wife took out toilet paper and stacked it up as a barricade for the dog to jump over. I then had the idea to use treats to play tic tac toe.
‘Dundie loves that we are home! He gets long walks and lots of attention so I am sure he will be sad when we have to go back to our normal schedules.’
The video of Dundie completing the challenges has brought delight not only to the puppy and his owners, but to many other people around the world.
‘Aww hahaha I love this,’ one person commented on Andy’s video, while another chimed in: ‘This is the content we TRULY need right now.’
One commenter joked that Andy was responsible for buying up all the toilet paper – but noted that they didn’t mind the short supply because the household necessity was being put to such entertaining use.
‘IT WAS YOU! You bought out the supply of tp,’ the person wrote, before adding: ‘I’m not even mad about it. This was great!’
