It would appear the 43 year old is currently single.

In an interview with Celebs Now in 2018, Stephen said he was “on [his] own” and admitted to being a “single pringle” when asked.

The star explained: “Last time I went on a date was about four years ago. That makes me sound really sad! I need a life. I need to stop working so much.”
