Woman takes two photos seconds apart to share truth behind bikini body snaps

An influencer has been applauded online for sharing an important message on bikini snaps.

Loz Fitness boasts over 35,900 followers on Instagram where she fills it with workouts and what she eats on a daily basis.

Not only do fans get a glimpse of her cute workout outfits, the fitness babe even enlightens them with the truth about social media.

Now in one of her latest uploads, Loz shared a couple of snaps taken seconds apart to prove an important point.

In the upload, the influencer can be seen rocking a blue bikini as she presented two images slightly different to one another.

The pose on the left shows Loz slightly tensing as the image on the right seems more relaxed.

She captioned the post: "Your body is a bikini body. All bodies are. Do not ever let anyone tell you you shouldn't be wearing one.

"What defines a bikini body? It's a body in a bikini. Nothing else.

"Yet for some reason society has moulded this term into such an awful term used so regularly."

Loz went onto to say how everyone's version of a bikini body is different but they fell into the same band.

She added: "If someone tells you you don't deserve to wear a bikini or your mind tells you this, say to yourself – but why?

"Why do they/your mind think you can't? Honestly it's probably because they're jealous.

"We need to let that body freedom be heard! So when someone makes a nasty comment, tell them how much you love your body.

"Go put on that bikini and STRUT round the beach in it. You're beautiful, you're strong, you're WORTHY!"
