    SHORT BACK AND SIDES

A little tidy up of the surface ahead of day four's play.

Another drive night and morning, hopefully drying out any moisture that remains in the surface after another couple of slips yesterday.

    BIG NAMES ON THE WAY

Zverev is currently two sets and a break up on Sandgren in an entertaining clash.

How do we see the rest panning out, after plenty of shocks already in this tournament?

    USED TO IT

Andy Murray said he family should be used to him putting them through an emotional journey after another stunning win last night.

I haven’t spoken to family or friends about what it is like to watch me!
The one time I did kind of realise, was watching back the highlights of the 2013 final, which was obviously different to a match like this one.
But when I saw my mum in the crowd at the end of the match when I had match points and he came back…I found that quite difficult to watch, to see how hard it was for my mum and my wife.
I kind of realised then what it must be like for them. But that was in the most intense of matches and intense of moments.
But, yeah, they should be used to it by now!”

    MURRAY PRAISES NHS

Andy Murray paid tribute to the NHS after his win over Otte yesterday.

And also slammed the 1% pay rise the frontline workers got for their efforts through the pandemic.

He said: "I think the whole country kind of realised how important they all are, and maybe hadn't got the recognition that they probably deserve up until now.

"So, yeah, it's fantastic that they have been able to come along and watch some of the tennis.

"Hopefully they can enjoy it and, yeah, hopefully the politicians can realise that they deserve more than what they are getting paid just now.

"I think, what is it, they got something like a 1% pay rise? It was pathetic.

"So, yeah, they obviously deserve a lot more than that.

"They have done an amazing job getting us through the pandemic."

    ANDY'S COMING

England football legend Gary Lineker took to Twitter to praise Andy Murray, who made his return to Wimbledon singles with back-to-back victories.

    ANOTHER PRIDE OF BRITAIN

Cam Norrie and Dan Evans also through on day three.

But it was Katie Boulter who did superbly well on centre before Murray and pushed the No2 seed the distance!

    HOW MUST THEY HAVE FELT?

Put through yet another emotional rollercoaster!

    TWEET REACTION

No words needed from Murray as he addresses his online support.

    YOU SAID IT!

Fellow British star Heather Watson sums it up.

      EMOTIONAL WIN

It's not a win late on in the tournament.

It's not a big upset or a big name he's taken.

But this picture shows what it means for Murray to be here and winning matches.

This is why he undergone surgeries. Moments like this.

      MURRAY REACTS

Andy Murray recognised the immeasurable impact the crowd had on his win.

He also reckoned a change of tactics during the roof closure break helped him turn the tide.

What an atmosphere to play in at the end. The whole crowd was amazing.
They got me fired up and I needed everyone's help.
I hit some great shots at the end to finish it but it was a tough match.
I started going for my shots more and dictating more after the break.
I didn't make the right decisions a lot of the time but I played the right way in the last couple of sets.
It was a slick court but I feel alright, the hips feel good and I get a rest day now.
Hopefully I'll come out on Friday and play in an atmosphere like this and perform well.

What a shot at the net! Otte does exceptionally well to keep it alive at the net by scooping it over. Murray looks like he won't make it but he finds the control in his run to the net to send a backhand pass swerving away for a winner!
