WWE fans have been left in shock after seeing Sasha Banks' dramatic new look.
The 30-year-old was recently released by the company and is now part of NJPW (New Japan Pro Wrestling).
And it's all change for Banks as she goes into her new role.
Firstly, she has changed her stage name to Mercedes Mone, her real name is Mercedes Varnado.
And she has also had a startling makeover to go with her new title.
Banks, now Mone, wore Japanese-style ring attire and she had a surprise new hairstyle as she appeared for the first time.

Her hair is now cut much shorter and has been dyed orange with spots of blue.
Fans liked the new look, one said: "She looks tremendous."
Another reacted: "That hair looks fire, can't wait to see her."
At the NJPW's WrestleKingdom 17 event, the ex-WWE legend confronted fighter Kairi, the current heavyweight world champion.

This set up a battle for February 18 in California.
Banks, along with Naomi, walked out of WWE's Raw event back in May, claiming they "aren't respected enough" and citing creative differences.
They relinquished their Women's Tag Team titles, leaving fans devastated.
The pair were initially suspended and despite a rumoured shock return, the duo have not come back.
Both have gone on to model at New York Fashion Week.
