Tammy Slaton has reportedly been caught red-handed.

The 1000lb Sisters star has been charged with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession in Kentucky, according to reports from The U.S. Sun.

According to the obtained court documents, the 37-year-old reality star was charged with one count of possession of marijuana, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, on August 7, 2023.

A Sturgis police officer responded to the call on August 4 and now the TLC star was set to appear in court on August 31st for her arraignment.

Tammy was also issued a pre-trial conference set for October 5 which was optional for her to attend.

As per the Kentucky Commonwealth site, a pre-trial conference determines if the defense and prosecution have come to an agreement on a guilty plea.

Tammy will now be forced to deal with the repercussions of the charge during her ongoing trial as she films the fifth season of her hit TLC show, 1000lb Sisters.

It has not yet been revealed if Tammy’s trial will be featured in the season, which was reported to have begun filming on September 30th.

To make matters worse for the star, the bust came just five days after her estranged husband, Caleb Willingham’s funeral took place.

Tammy sobbed as she waved her final farewell to her former lover whom she married in November 2022.

However, the pair, who met in a rehabilitation center in Ohio separated five months later.

Caleb tragically died at the start of July at the age of 40 and his cause of death has not been revealed by his family or ex-wife.

1000lb Sisters airs on TLC with season five reportedly set to air at some point in the future.
