BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty shuts down Carol Kirkwood – warning 'wait your turn' | The Sun

BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty warned Carol Kirkwood "wait your turn" on today's show.

Naga, 47, was hosting alongside Charlie Stayt, 59, and the pair welcomed sports correspondent Mike Bushell.

After he went through the latest sports news, Charlie asked Mike if he wanted to repeat his joke he had made about weather legend Carol, 60.

Mike, 56, said: "I said I always get misty eyed when I see Carol… because because it was rather misty behind her. In a nice way."

Carol, who was stood in front of a misty picture, giggled before Naga added: "Is there a negative way to be misty eyed about Carol?"

Mike said "no" before Carol piped up: "I am here chaps."

As she started to reply Naga joked: "Now's a good time Carol."

Carol smiled and send "big love" to Mike before launching into her weather forecast.
