Emmerdale spoilers – Chloe makes a move on Mackenzie but he has eyes for Charity
A spark is reignited between Chloe and Mackenzie in Emmerdale later this month as they bond over their baby son, Reuben.
The new parents have grown closer again after Rueben’s health scare where he contracted meningitis. Luckily, he’s given the all clear and Mackenzie promises to make more of a commitment to spending quality time with Rueben.
Chloe’s touched when Mackenzie confirms he’ll take on a more fatherly role and she goes in for a kiss. Even though Mack rejects her, Chloe can’t help but begin to fall for him all over again.
Amy questions Chloe over her intentions with Mackenzie and warns her friend against pursuing him because of the mess he’s in with Charity. But it looks like Chloe is willing to put her emotions on the line for a chance at love.
Across the village, Charity reluctantly lets Mackenzie back into her life when her son, Moses asks to spend time with him.
They go to the playground together and Mackenzie tries to make the most of his time with Charity and steals a few moments to talk with her when Moses is playing.
Despite Mackenzie’s recent betrayal, Charity secretly enjoys being a family unit again and agrees to think about including Mackenzie in Moses’ birthday plans. Could this be the second chance Mackenzie is looking for to reconnect with his wife?
Despite Angel’s accident, things are looking better for other members of the King family as Jimmy and Tom agree to a fresh start without the shadow of Carl hanging over them.
Belle also takes a step forward with Tom. She opens up about her struggles with mental health which leaves Tom floored. Expecting a bad reaction, Belle’s surprised and overjoyed when Tom’s unfazed by the revelation and leans in for a kiss instead.
The stag and hen dos kick off for Nicky and Gabby as their wedding quickly approaches. But while Gabby’s excited to take the next step, Nicky begins to feel the pressure building as he agrees to meet Ally in private the next day.
After their secret affair, Liam makes a last-ditch attempt to reunite his writing partnership with Wendy. But she upsets them both by sticking to her decision to break it off completely believing it best to keep apart.
Also in the village, Dan worries about his finances, but Amelia spots an opportunity to make some cash. She hears Victoria admits to Laurel and Jai that she regrets agreeing to help Gabby boost The Hide’s online presence, and Amelia puts herself forward, determined to earn some income.
Elsewhere, Ryan and Gail agree to become exclusive with each other. Plus, Manpreet has her suspicions about Claudette’s bad back, could Charles’ mum be faking her injuries?
