The second season of Amazon’s Clarkson’s Farm is currently in the works given the worldwide success of the debut run. Following The Grand Tour host Jeremy Clarkson as he adapts to life running his own farm, Amazon Prime viewers got to see firsthand the trials and tribulations he faced while trying to keep things above board – and were introduced to his new righthand man, Kaleb Cooper. Now, while the details of season two are still under wraps, Jeremy has shed light on an awkward “c**k-up” Kaleb’s committed as filming goes on.

Jeremy shared the blunder while speaking ahead of the next Grand Tour special: Carnage A Trois.

Set in France, Jeremy and former Top Gear co-hosts Richard Hammond and James May are heading across the Channel to explore French car culture.

As usual, the trio will have to undergo a series of motoring challenges for the next special, from bomb defusals to helicopter stunts.

Ahead of its release though, he was asked by Amazon what the latest on Kaleb and the farm was.

“Kaleb is planning a new hairstyle,” Jeremy said, with Clarkson’s Farm fans familiar with the young farmhand’s interest in switching up his hairdos.

However, while filming season two, it sounds like it hasn’t gone to plan as Jeremy added: “And he’s had his first c**k-up.

“If Google Earth take any pictures now, he’s going to look like a right plonker, because he missed a bit.”

And Jeremy isn’t the only one who’s found Kaleb’s blunder amusing: “Gerald [Cooper] thinks it’s the funniest thing that’s ever happened.”

Fans will have to wait until season two drops to see exactly what hairstyle Jermey’s referring to.

But in the meantime, both Kaleb and Jeremy have been updating fans with the goings-on on the farm via social media.

Last month, Kaleb was inundated with excitable messages after sharing a snap of himself filming in front of the cameras.

“Filming is well underway,” he began. “Enjoying every minute of it as well!”

Inevitably, Clarkson’s Farm fans expressed their delight at the update, with @jack_prentice91 replying: “Can’t wait for it. Best thing on the telly.”

“Can’t wait for season 2,” @digitalsmartfarmsolutions added while @helenjrose joked: “Please tell me you’re giving clarkson a hard time?”

And @georgieh1992 echoed: “Can not wait for this, you sir are a LEGEND!!!!”

Instagram user @bob.pass1 weighed in: “Keep up the great work Matey , and keep that Clarkson under control…Lol. Really looking forward to the next series…” (sic)

While filming may be underway, fans could be in for a long wait till season two arrives on Amazon.

The first series of Clarkson’s Farm dropped on June 11 this year and documented an entire year on the farm for Jeremy.

If season two follows suit, filming will have to encompass another year of farming before heading into post-production – making a late 2022 release date the most likely.

Clarkson’s Farm is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video now.
