Love Island star dumped in shock eviction amid villa chaos

The Love Island villa has been rocked by another shock elimination, sources have claimed.

On Monday evening in the South African villa a surprise eviction took place, which saw the Islanders choose the person who would be leaving the show in "an intense moment" in the villa.

An insider told The Sun: "Love Island was chaos last night after the stars were told one of them would be leaving.

"The drama was ramped up a notch when the decision then fell to one of the contestants to choose the fate of one of their co-stars."

The source also said fans will be "screaming at their TVs" when the decision is aired, as the eviction will "rock the villa".

The latest dumping comes after tensions boiled over in the villa in recent episodes, with Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown looked to be on the warpath following a discovery about former flame Tom Clare.

During Monday night’s episode, the calm seemed to boil over in a moment that saw Zara, 25, find out Tom, 23, had kissed newcomer Ellie Spence secretly on the terrace.

Tom had stayed hush about the snog, but Ellie confided in Will Young, 22, the day after it happened, and he soon told Jessie Wynter, Tanya Manhenga and Shaq Muhammad.

Tanya, 23, soon headed over to tell Zara what Tom had been up to, leaving her furious.

“I couldn’t keep it in,” Tanya admitted, looking visibly uncomfortable as Zara immediately said she was going to tell Olivia Hawkins.

Tom and Zara recently called off their romance and decided to remain friends, and Tom has been attempting to revisit his connection with actress Olivia Hawkins, 27.

“My beds not even f*****g cold,” Zara scathed as she walked up the stairs with Tanya in tow. “I’m still in it. He’s in the dog house tonight.”

“Olivia we need you right now,” Zara demanded as she plowed onto the terrace, with Olivia looking visibly stunned as her love rival approached her.

The explosive episode then ended with no teaser for Tuesday night's show, meaning fans will have to patiently wait to find out how the drama unravels and Olivia's reaction to Tom's recent actions.

Love Island continues on ITV2 at 9pm.
