Married At First Sight stars Adam and Tayah delighted viewers as they got engaged during the final episode of the hit show.

In the teaser clip, released at the end of Wednesday's episode, Tayah, 25, is seen sobbing as her partner Adam, 26, admits he has felt "something was missing" recently.

And it turned out that missing something was an engagement ring, with Adam getting down on one knee during the episode.

After telling Tayah she was the one during his vows, Adam went on to say: "Although this experience has been almost perfect for us, recently I started to feel something was missing.

"I want to give you that one thing that has been missing. It's a bit back to front but much of this experiment is.

"There's no reason this should be any different. Tayah, I've truly fallen madly in love with you and I can't imagine my world without you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, building a family and a future.

Adam, who lives in an impressive home, can be seen getting down on one knee, and he present a stunning ring to Tayah, causing her to hold her hands up to her mouth and burst into tears of happiness.

"Tayah, will you marry me?" Adam asks, to which Tayah replied: "Oh my god, yes."

The happy couple embraced and looked as happy as ever as they shared the beautiful moment.

Tayah called the ring perfect, causing Adam to smile from ear to ear.

"I feel like in you I've found not just a husband but a soulmate and a best friend. We are now a team.

"Having you by my side has made me feel so lucky. You make me feel like the most special, amazing, loved woman in the world."
