PREGNANT Charlotte Dawson was rushed to hospital for an emergency scan as she failed to feel her baby move at the weekend.
The 28-year-old reality star told fans that she had been "crying her eyes out" due to the scare – but as soon as doctors examined her the little one moved again.
Sharing her relief that her baby is completely fine, Charlotte posted a series of video updates to her Instagram Story.
Having already expressed concern about not feeling any movement, the worried beauty explained: "I'm going to have a hot bath, I have cold water here and I've got some food.
"I'm going to see if he moves but I've been crying my eyes out, he's not moving at all for me and Matthew.
"So I'm going to see how he is after this and if he's not I'm going to go up to the hospital."
The next post was from a hospital bed, with Charlotte visibly relieved as she shared: "Today has been the worst day but we're here now and his heartbeat is perfect – he's moved as soon as we got here, typical!
"He is fine, thank god – as soon as I got on the monitor he moved, standard."
But while nurses were happy with his heartbeat, they found that Charlotte's blood pressure was high so she had to stay in for further checks – but was ultimately okay and able to return home.
Sharing some snaps of herself showing off her bump in a new maternity photoshoot, Charlotte later wrote: "Another bloody little scare today… little man what are you like 😫💙 as soon as I got to hospital on the monitor he bloody moved 🥺😂 typical.
"They were happy with his heartbeat 🙏🏼 but my blood pressure & pulse is sky high so I clearly need to slow down my darlings…
"Can’t wait to meet you little cherub but you need to cook for a chuffin little bit longer!! 💙 always best to get checked my darlings… 🙏🏼✨"
Last month, the Ex On The Beach star admitted she was "petrified and drained" as she edged towards her due date – having been diagnosed with gestational diabetes during her pregnancy.
The star is set to welcome her first child with fiancé Matthew Sarsfield on January 25th – just a week before what would've been her dad and legendary comedian Les Dawson's 90th birthday.
Les passed away from a heart attack in 1993 when Charlotte was just eight months old.
Matthew proposed to her in September outside a statue of Les at Memorial Park in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
