Waterloo Road

In 2015 Page starred as Guy Braxton in the hit high school series, Waterloo Road, which aired on BBC One.

This was a regular role for the star throughout season 10, and he featured in a total of eight episodes.

Mr Braxton was a teacher of Graphic and Product Design, and he joined the school with no money, having to sleep there as a place to stay.

He had joined a fast-track programme and only had six weeks of training behind him, and he was known for his lack of organisation.

Back in 2015, the star took part in an interview with The Version, and he was asked whether he would ever consider being a teacher in real life.

He said: “Hmm, maybe. I mean acting is kind of like being a teacher in the fact that you have to act scary sometimes to make the kids behave.

“I do really like kids though and I love meeting new people so yeah maybe I would be a teacher.”

For the People

Between 2018 and 2019 he played Leonard Knox in the ABC legal drama series, For the People.

This was another regular role for the star, and he featured in a total of 20 episodes across the two years.

His character was one of the newest Assistant US Attorneys at the US District Court and he starred in the first and second season.

In 2018 he spoke at a red carpet event for the series, saying he knew nothing about being a lawyer before landing the role.

He said: “The best thing about my job is that I kind of get to learn as I go, every time I get a script, that’s my weekly reading assignment.

“I probably keep the city libraries running single-handedly as I go.”
