Kaitlyn Bristowe was born in Alberta, Canada, on June 19, 1985.

She rose to fame in 2015 as a contestant on Chris Soules' season of The Bachelor.

Bristowe then became the star of season 11 of The Bachelorette, along with her co-star, Britt Nilsson.

In 2020, Bristowe was a contestant on Season 29 of Dancing With The Stars with dance partner, Artem Chigvinstev. The duo were declared the winners of that season.

Bristowe was first engaged to Shawn Booth in 2015.

The pair first met on her season of The Bachelorette, however, after three years together, they decided to go their separate ways.

Following her very public relationship with Booth, Bristowe moved on with Bachelor Nation alum, Jason Tartick.

The two met when Tartick was a guest on her podcast in January 2019 and by May 2021 the couple announced their official engagement.

"The words that came out of his mouth were insanely beautiful. We've never locked eyes like that in our lives,"Kaitlyn told ET at the time.

"We were holding hands, so intense, and I was listening to his every word, but still blacked out."

However, on August 6, 2023, Bristowe and Tartick took to Instagram to share that they had decided to end their engagement.

In part, the joint statement read: "Our dogs Ramen & Pinot will continue to be cared for together as brothers. While their humans are no longer romantically involved, we will love and take care of them together.
