Students found safe after disappearing from NYC schools

Both students who disappeared Friday from their respective New York City schools have been found safe, police said Saturday.

Junior Parker, the 21-year-old autistic man who disappeared from lower Manhattan’s Stuyvesant High School, where he had been attending a program, was found around 2:15 p.m. Saturday at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, police said.

He was dehydrated, but was in otherwise healthy condition, cops said.

Synphanie Mojica, the 15-year-old girl who was last seen Friday morning at The Child School in Roosevelt Island, Queens, was found safe hours later, according to authorities.

The girl had allegedly run away as she was being picked up from school. It was not immediately clear where or how she was found.
